St. Xavier's High School welcomes students from Montessori to Class 10. Our admission process is designed to be transparent and straightforward, following CBSE guidelines and the Right to Education (RTE) Act.

Important Note: New admission will be made subject to the vacancies in the respective classes. No correspondence will be entertained regarding admissions. The school administration reserves the right to set conditions for admission and retention of pupils.

Admission Procedure

Application Submission

Submit the completed application form along with required documents during the admission period (1st March to 31st July).

Assessment Process

School may follow (i) First come first basis or (ii) Admission Test for new students. For higher classes, assessment ensures students are mentally, physically, emotionally and academically fit.

Document Verification

Submit required documents including official Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate (if applicable), and previous academic records.

Fee Payment & Confirmation

Complete the admission process by paying the required fees and receiving confirmation of enrollment.

Age Requirement: As per rules, only pupils who will complete five-and-a-half years by 1st June can be admitted to Standard I, with corresponding age requirements for subsequent standards.

Required Documents

Birth Certificate

Official birth certificate for age verification (must complete five-and-a-half years by 1st June for Standard I).

Transfer Certificate

Required for students transferring from other schools. If from outside Odisha, must be countersigned by the inspector of the concerned state.

Photographs

Recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians.

Previous Academic Records

Report cards or transcripts from previous school (if applicable).
